When you get in touch, it speeds things up if you include:
- Your Shopify store URL (the
yourstore.myshopify.comone); - A description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- The tag move you were running (add / remove / rename / swap) and roughly how many products;
- A screenshot, if you have one — it's worth a thousand words.
Common questions
Will TagDango overwrite my existing tags?
Never. "Add" only appends — your current tags stay exactly as they are. If something ever looks off, use Undo on a single row or "Undo everything" for the whole batch.
How do I undo a change?
Every row has its own reverse button, and there's an "Undo everything" option to roll back a whole run. Your tags snap right back to how they were.
How do I uninstall?
You can remove TagDango any time from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. When you uninstall, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
